Situated on the 45th floor, this design project revels in an abundance of natural light streaming through its expansive L-shaped facade. At its heart stands a captivating sculptural staircase, not merely a functional connector, but a contemplative piece in its own right. It disrupts spatial paths while fostering introspection—a deliberate disruption of the senses, evoking emotion and forging connections with its context.

In perfect harmony with the apartment's open layout, meticulous attention to scale ensures that each space feels intimate yet connected to the human body. The overarching concept centers on cultivating warmth, manifested through carefully selected materials like solid wood and soft finishes. Inspired by the surrounding sky and ocean views, visible from the elevated vantage point, blue accents grace the space, along with an abundance of greenery, seamlessly merging the exterior with the interior.
